Returns:
Please understand that we are a small, local business. We try to continually bring new, fun, and trend focused items into Honey daily. We are committed to delivering products of unparalleled quality rather than large quantities of the same product. As a result, our product turnover is approximately two weeks.
Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. After the 14 day window, we are not able to accept any returns.
All sale items are final sale. Sales include but are not limited to: flash sales, coupon codes, store credit codes, markdowns, & popup shops. Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
Items returned will be subject to an inspection prior to store credit being issued. All items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, smoke odor, or stains of any kind will not be accepted. If a return is not accepted an explanation will be provided.
Returns can be made in store or by mail. For items shipped, the return window begins the day items are delivered. If we do not receive mail based returns within the 14 day window, the return will not be accepted.
All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases, returns & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable. All accepted returns are for store credit which can be used in store or online and does not expire.
Please note: when shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Honey is not responsible for lost exchanges/returns. Once your return is received please allow up to 10 business days for inspection of your return and issuance of store credit (if applicable).
